Train with Method Climbing Team’s core coaching staff this summer to build a competitive edge, refine movement, and develop as a well-rounded athlete.

Each day targets a different area of improvement, combining climbing, fitness, and skill development. Athletes will work through agility and mobility, strength and endurance, climbing-specific training, and movement technique. The week progresses into mindset training, competition habits, and real-time application.

From early assessments to competition-style drills and a final mock round, athletes will build strong habits, train with intention, and push their limits in a supportive, high-performance environment.
