JEREMY MEZA

Jeremy is the Head Coach of the Method Climbing Team with over 20 years of coaching experience. Under his leadership, Method Climbing Team has earned multiple 1st place finishes at regional and national bouldering and lead/TR competitions. He's additionally coached several athletes to the international stage and secured a spot on USA Climbing's Youth Worlds coaching staff as an Apprentice Coach in 2024.
As both a coach and a father, Jeremy takes great pride in his athletes' growth, both in competition and in life. With his creative, tangible cues and lessons in mental fortitude and work ethic, it's easy to see why athletes under his direction perform at such a high level.

ENRIQUE GOMEZ

With 8 years of climbing experience and a background in personal training, Enrique brings a strong foundation in athletic development and a passion for progress. Before discovering climbing in the Philippines, he was a dedicated middle- and long-distance runner, drawn to the steady pursuit of self-improvement—an approach he now applies to coaching.
Known for his attention to detail and uplifting attitude, Enrique works to instill both physical effort and mental resilience in his athletes. He values the power of connection and is committed to understanding each climber as a unique individual. When he’s not on the wall, you’ll likely find him at the gym, on a treadmill, or enjoying quality time in good company.
CHARLIE LIVINGSTONE

As a former comp kid, Charlie brings an understanding of competition strategy and balanced training approach to the team. He lives for coordination boulders, slab, and any movement based climb. He emphasizes a humble, gritty, persevering mentality. When he’s not coaching, Charlie is running, lifting, or locked in the library with his engineering homework.
HOWARD HAIN

Howard Hain is a mental strength and performance coach specializing in climbing, developing advanced techniques for lead and bouldering athletes. His coaching extends beyond climbing to work with athletes across multiple disciplines—wrestling, track & field, endurance sports, and strength training—bringing a comprehensive, cross-sport perspective to athletic development. Drawing from extensive competitive experience in football, lacrosse, wrestling, and endurance sports, he has also coached cross country and track & field, expanding his expertise in endurance and athletic development. He recently spent a month in Tokyo studying Japanese climbing methodologies and training approaches.
Howard's coaching philosophy centers on the principle that wisdom is strength. With a degree in philosophy, graduate studies in the field, and experience as a teacher, he integrates intellectual depth with practical training, helping athletes develop mental resilience and character alongside physical capability. Working as a mental strength coach across sports, academics, and the arts, Howard creates learning environments that cultivate focus, confidence, and sustainable excellence. His approach respects climbing—and every sport—as both competitive discipline and creative expression, emphasizing performance while nurturing long-term passion and development rooted in integrity.
